Your Tenant Handbook

Your tenant handbook contains useful information about your home and your tenancy, whether you've been a tenant a while, or you've just moved in.

All tenants sign a Tenancy Agreement prior to moving in and this acts as an agreement between ourselves and you which sets out the conditions of the tenancy. There are things that you must do like pay your rent on time, keep your home clean and tidy and be respectful of your neighbours. In turn, we have responsibilities to you to ensure the property is safe, maintain the structure of your home and ensuring that you are consulted with before major changes.

Rents

Your rent is due every week from the date at the beginning of this agreement and must be paid every Monday in advance. If you prefer to pay fortnightly or monthly you must still make sure that you pay your rent in advance.
