Citizen Portal 

During the period 11/06/2024 and 13/06/2024 a fault occurred on Dover's Citizen Portal which prevented forms logged on the Portal being delivered to the business services within Dover District Council. We are trying to identify the impacted requests so we can make contact with the people affected. If you think you may have been affected please contact us through our online form.
