• Plans over A3: £5 

Advice on condition compliance information 

• £34 per request (householder) or
• £116 per request 

Research

Research of Planning Histories, Permitted Development Rights and Use Classes

• £35 per request
• Planning Histories: If no research is required there will be no fee but photocopying charges may be required
• Permitted Development Rights: This provides confirmation of whether or not permitted development rights have been removed from a dwelling.  You may need to know this to confirm if planning permission is required or not.
