Being transparent with our tenants is important to us when building trust and integrity. It ensures tenants are well-informed, empowered and can scrutinise the services we deliver, which can lead to better outcomes, increase tenant satisfaction and stronger community trust.
This webpage hosts a series of performance information useful for tenants to scrutinise the services we deliver. We keep a close eye on how we are performing. We produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports to make sure we are hitting our targets and making adjustments to how we are working to strive for continuous improvement. We have provided you with a variety of ways to view our performance and tenant perception data to be as open and transparent as possible.
