Annual Reports

As a social housing landlord, we must comply with the regulatory standards set to us by the Government. Part of these standards states that we must provide an Annual Report to tenants.

An Annual Report includes detail information about the management and perfoamance of the Council, and usually includes key metrics and information regarding housing budgets and how we have spent money, maintenance and repairs, tenant services, safety and compliance and measuring performance.

The purpose of the Annual Report is to keep tenants informed, build trust, promote transparency in how their housing is being managed, and also tenants an opportunity to scrutinise the services we deliver. It is also an opportunity for us to denomstrate achievements and identify where improvements can be made.

You can read the most recent Annual Reports below.
