Publications
Residents have told us that they want to be kept updated on the housing management service. We do this by producing 2 annual newsletters, a summer edition and a winter edition. We also aim to send a newsletter specifically for our Independent Living Tenants in December. For a more in-depth look into how we're performing, please read our annual reports and other policies and leaflets.
Newsletters
We send our 'Tenant News' newsletters to all our tenants via post, they include interesting articles, information about our service, competitions and more.
If you have any ideas for future articles, please get in touch at tenantinvolvement@dover.gov.uk.

As a social housing provider, we must comply with the regulatory standards set to us by the Government.
Part of these standards states that we must provide an Annual Report to tenants, this annual report includes information regarding our budgets, how we've spent money, allocations and lettings, measuring performance, how we engage with tenants, and more.
We have also included information about how we plan to continue to improve services and how tenants can get involved.
Find out more about our Independent Living Schemes in our handy leaflets.
Do you have any ideas for other publications?
We're always keen to know if there are any publications, such as newsletters, leaflets and documents tenants would find useful. Let us know by emailing us.
