  1. All documentation and meeting minutes regarding the decision to give notice to Kingsdown Beach Huts owners of the end of their tenancies.
  2. The reason for this action. 
  3. The commitment to keep the existing huts rather than replace with new.
  4. The budget for the refurbishment of the existing huts.
  5. The number of new plots the council intends to create.
  6. What parking arrangements have been made for the new hut owners and if this includes a new public car park on the beach.
  7. Of the people on the waiting list for huts in Kingsdown how many and what percentage are from outside Kingsdown.

  1. The letters sent to beach hut owners are attached.  Please note that all personal data has been redacted from the attached documents as it is exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act as the Council considers the names and contact details of individual members of staff to be personal data.  The names of staff working in public authorities are personal data as defined by Article 4(1) of GDPR and also Section 3 of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the release of this data would contravene the data protection principles.
