Event Planning: Parking Requirements

If you would like to request any parking suspensions then please include all the details in your event management plan.

Your request cannot be considered if we do not receive the necessary information. A minimum notification time may be required and there may be some charges involved in suspended parking spaces.

Consider

• Location (street name/car park)
• Number of spaces required
• Intended use for these spaces
• Start and end time of suspension

Off Road Parking

If you are providing off road parking at your event you may be asked for a parking plan.

Think about the following:

• Location (street name/car park)
• Number of spaces required
• Who will manage this area?
• How many stewards will be required?
