If you are playing live or recorded music at your event you are responsible for

Contacting the Performing Rights Society and arranging a permit
Applying for a Temporary Events Notice

You need to state what type of entertainment and music you are providing (live or recorded) clearly in your event management plan. For more information and to find out how to apply for a TEN please contact our licensing team.
