Local Development Scheme

The Local Development Scheme (LDS) sets out the timetable for the production of key planning documents that will form part of the district’s Local Plan.

It is a legal requirement, and as such, it is important that it is kept up-to-date to reflect the progress and keep residents and key stakeholders informed.
