Land Allocations Local Plan

The Land Allocations Local Plan was adopted on the 28 January 2015 and forms part of the statutory Development Plan for the district.

The Plan follows on from the Core Strategy and identifies and allocates specific sites that are suitable for housing, employment and retail development in order to meet the Core Strategy's requirements and to support the implementation of the Strategy.
