Dour Street Conservation Area

The appraisal was formally adopted as a Local Development Document in September 2023.

The extensions to the conservation area boundary recommended at section 3.2 of the appraisal were the subject of a separate consultation in accordance with the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The extensions were agreed and adopted on 13 May 2024.
