We are required to publish information about directors' salaries and our housing management costs. The figures below are correct as of <> February 2025. We will review and update these again at the beginning of each financial year.

Measure 1: the remuneration payable to the highest paid director, relative to the size of the landlord

How this is caclulated?

Remuneration payable to the highest paid director (excluding their pension and national insurance contributions) in relation to the period of account, divided by the total social housing unites owned and / or managed at period end by the Council.

Measure 2: the aggregate amount of remuneration paid to directors, relative to the size of the landlord

How this is caclulated?

Total aggregate (meaning total) directors' remuneration (including pension and national insurance contributions, payable to directors or former directors) in relation to the periof of account divided by total social housing units owned and / or managed at period end by the Council.

How this is caclulated?

Total management costs (social housing lettings) in relation to the period of account divided by total social housing units owned and / or managed at period end.
