Could you tell me if DDC are in discussions with any other party concerning the change of use of either the regent,  the car park, the toilet or the waiting room.

I can confirm that the Council is having informal discussions regarding the redevelopment of the Regent site, which could include alternative uses for the Regent, and the adjacent car park, toilet and waiting room.
