Request

The total number of business and or commercial premises owned by Dover Council, that have been empty or vacant for 12 months or more, and of that number, how many have their primary function as: 

• retail space
• office space
• leisure space 
• other. 

By way of a guide, I have included the statistics provided as of January 2021, and a table for completion for 2025. 

For clarification, the request does not seek to obtain address or location details of any properties, only the number as a statistic.
