Request

I would request any repairs and visits made to south road under the freedom of information act, including weeding and a visit made to ask me to remove my bins from the terrace, (a strange act for private property).

I can confirm that Dover District Council holds no records of any weeding being carried out in South Road, Dover and there have been no requests seeking the bins to be removed at your property.  The Council is not responsible for repairs to South Road as this is a matter for the highway authority.  Kent County Council, as the highway authority, should be able to assist you and can be contacted at the following address: freedomofinformation@kent.gov.uk.
