We are requesting a copy of your property and casualty insurance programme summary with policies, limits, carriers and premiums.

Response

I can confirm that our insurance carrier is Zurich Municipal and the premiums paid are on our website at Supplier-Spend-November-2024.xlsx.  The policy limits are also on our website at Public-Liability-Insurance.pdf. 

The insurance policies themselves are considered commercially sensitive and therefore exempt from disclosure under Section 43(2) of the Freedom of Information Act.
