I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. My request pertains to the accidents that have occurred on the A2 Jubilee Way since 2nd September 2022, including their causes and detailed summaries.
Specifically, I am requesting the following information:

- Location on the A2 Jubilee Way
- Description of the events occurring leading to the accidents

- Severity of each accident (e.g., injuries, fatalities, damage-only)
- Road conditions and other contributing factors (if available)
2. Details of investigations or reports regarding the causes of these accidents, including any identified patterns or systemic issues with the road layout or infrastructure.
3. Summary statistics of accidents on the A2 Jubilee Way during this period, including the total number of incidents, injuries, and fatalities.
4. Any planned or implemented changes to the road infrastructure on the A2 Jubilee Way since 2nd September 2022, including safety measures or redesigns.
