I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the software systems currently used by your council in the following areas:

1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
2. Project Management
3. Financial Management
4. Web Analytics
5. Human Resources (HR) Analytics
6. General-Purpose Productivity Tools
7. Research Data Management Tools

For each of the above areas, I would like to know the name(s) of the software systems (brand names) currently in use.
