I am requesting all the information regarding the flooding issues at 66 Durban Crescent Dover Kent over the past 12 to 15 months, These are the property’s affected - 66 Durban - 68 Durban - 70 Durban.

All personal data has been redacted from the attached documents as this information is is exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act. The Council considers the names and contact details of individuals to be personal data. Personal data is defined by Article 4(1) of GDPR and also Section 3 of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the release of this data would contravene the data protection principles.
In addition, the Housing Repairs Team have the following record on their software system regarding works orders raised for Mears to clear the storm drain to the public footpath. Housing Repairs took the decision to have the drain cleared although it was not ours to clear (it belongs to Southern Water).
