I am looking into understanding the residential care homes available for Elderly care including Elderly Dementia care. As part of my research, I want to identify which care homes the local authority will provide funding to people to reside there. As such I would like to request the following:

1.)      Please could you provide the list of care homes (residential and nursing) within your LA that the LA places people in

2.)       Per home, what is the average weekly fee?
