  4. One – ankle fracture following a trip at the edge of an area of impact absorbent surface to a piece of play equipment.
  5. Weekly by Council staff.  An external contractor, on behalf of the Council, also carry out inspections either twice a year, five times a year or 7 times a year, depending on the play area.  In addition, the Council’s insurance company carry out an annual inspection.
