From January 2022 up to date can you please provide details of all council initiatives and programmes funded for the purpose of refugee settlement and comfort in the council area.  For example, local events, classes, cultural events, entertainment, book provision.  Can you break this down by initiative, cost, and if possible, who provided the service on behalf of the council (if external).  So, for example
