- How many regarding (a) District Members, (b) Town Council Members and (c) Parish Council members? To break down them.
- How many of the above, broken down into the three Council levels, were (a) decided to be dealt with by a formal investigation, (b) how many by an informal resolution and (c) dismissed with no action?
- If the parties do not agree to an informal resolution what happens then? Does the Monitoring Officer review it and decides what to do or is the complaint then dismissed?
