- On how many occasions, and at which times, between 20 September and 20 October 2024 did Parking Enforcement staff visit the area between Harnet Street, The Butchery and Strand Street (known as ‘Breezy Corner’) in Sandwich?
- Whether it is the policy of Parking Enforcement to permit vehicles to wait or to park unattended on the roadway in the Breezy Corner Area without occupying a marked parking bay.
- Whether Parking Enforcement has received evidence of vehicles systematically a) waiting or parking unattended on the roadway in the Breezy Corner Area without occupying a parking bay; and b) waiting orparking unattended on the roadway in the Breezy Corner Area in such a manner as to obstruct the roadway or access to it by vehicles parked in marked bays; and to set out the enforcement action it intends or has taken.
- What action Parking Enforcement intends or has taken to prevent vehicles from returning to the marked parking bays in Breezy Corner within the permitted time limit.

The Council does not hold a record of the times of the visits.
2. No, it is not our policy to permit this.
3. The Council have received complaints and requests to carry out patrols of the area, which we do as and when resources allow.
4. Parking Services personnel will continue to patrol Sandwich, and any vehicle parked in contravention of the restrictions, when witnessed, will be issued a Penalty Charge Notice.
