1) How many complaints the council has received about refuse collectors mixing waste?  By mixing waste I mean the transferring of waste from one bin or container into another by a refuse collector, where the waste had been previously separated by the householder.   

2) The outcome of each complaint? 

3) The authority's recycling rate

1) 2020 - 0, 2021 - 0, 2022 - 0, 2023 - 0 and 2024 - 1

2) As the complaint related to an employee of Veolia, this matter was passed to them to resolve.  They reviewed the footage and took the necessary action to stop it reoccurring. 

3) 2020 - 48.4%, 2021 - 43.8%, 2022 - 43.3%, 2023 - 43.5% and 2024 - 42.9% (January to June)
