The District Council’s YouTube channel advises that The Council will not make available copies of the recordings either in whole or in part other than in compliance with a legal requirement arising under The Freedom of Information Act 2000, UK GDPR, The Data Protection Act 2018 or some other enactment, rule of law or direction of a court or tribunal which is binding on it. I therefore request under the afore-mentioned FOI legislation that I receive a copy of the video and transcript of the Council’s Planning Committee meeting of 22nd February 2024 from the point that the Chairman introduces application DOV/22/01207 – land at St Andrew’s Gardens, Shepherdswell, to the point in the video that the next agenda item is considered.

The Council no longer holds a recording of the Planning Committee meeting of 22 February 2024.
