3. The draft Dover District Local Plan sets out the Council’s intentions regarding Design Codes. The Council alongside Ashford, Canterbury, Folkestone and Hythe, and Thanet Districts have commissioned consultants to carry out Stages 1 and 2 of the NMDC process to inform Design Codes in the District.
