Since 1st January 2021 to the current day, please state how many safeguarding alerts the council has received that relate to care homes. For each safeguarding alert, please provide the following information:
- Without identifying anyone, a description about the nature of the safeguarding alert.
- The name of the care home that the safeguarding alert relates to.
- The date of when the safeguarding alert was made.
- The outcome of the safeguarding alert e.g. whether any action was taken in response to the alert.
