Can you tell me how many people have appealed a parking fine having input the incorrect number plate through their Ringo app . Having pressed their partners car?

I can advise we do not hold this information, we have a progression code we use that is “Cancelled – RingGo” and that just identifies to us that the parking charge had been made/claimed to have been made, via that means, rather than a pay and display machine.  We do not hold details of the reasons.
