Request

1. I understand reports have been made to DDC about the dangerous state of some trees in and near the Elms Vale Recreation Ground.  As a result of reports of trees in a dangerous state what remedial action has DDC taken?
2. When were the trees inspected and what were the findings?
3. At least one is near the bungalow and is I am told is a concern to the occupiers.  If on the White Cliffs Countryside’s land has the Council taken up these concerns with them?  There is a clear concern for public safety which one hopes DDC takes seriously.

Response

1. The Council has not received any reports recently.  Previous reports have been acted upon.
2. The trees have not recently been inspected.
3. The Council is unaware of any concerns.
