- Social Housing Stock – No, all works are competitively tendered via the Kent Business Portal. DFG spend – the Council does not hold this information as this is a demand led service. DFG works are managed through a Home improvement Agency (HIA) who may their own list of contractors. The HIA contract has just been procured for the next 5+2+2 years.
