Please provide me information regarding the sale of st James shopping centre car park. Or if no sale has been conducted information to the change in the original parking agreement with legal and general. I believe that Dover council originally had control of the car park but it no longer does. Is there any information regarding this change and if Dover council received any payment or compensation from releasing control.

The car park at St James has not been sold and is still in Dover District Council ownership (L&G lease and run the whole site from DDC). There is and has been a car park management agreement in place between L&G and Dover District Council from the outset. The car park management agreement was varied in 2019, there was no cost associated with this variation.
