The data for the financial year 2021/22 was not tracked individually so we are unable to provide figures for this period. December 2022 saw the introduction of a new damp and mould policy and reporting tool for tenants to report damp and mould which led to a peak in report and tracking information as reflected in the figures below.
1. 2021/22 – Dover District Council did not track individual reports. 2022/23 - 348 reports of damp/mould through the newly introduced reporting tool of which 17 of these came through the complaint’s procedure. 2023/24 - 181 reports of damp/mould through the above process of which 18 were through the complaint’s procedure.
2. 2021/22 Not tracked. 2022/23 with tracking introduced December 2022 - £49,904. 2023/24 £327,020.
