I was wondering if you could let me have the details you hold of all those with valid street trading / pavement licenses for Deal High Street on Sunday 15 September 2024. 

Response

• Street trading – Flowers and Vegetable stall outside St Georges Church, High Street, Deal – 08:30 to 16:30
• Pavement licence – 152 High Street, Deal (6 chairs and 4 tables) – 14:00 to 20:00 

The names of the individual licence holders is considered personal data and therefore exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act.  Personal data is defined by Article 4(1) of GDPR and also Section 3 of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the release of this data would contravene the data protection principles.
