  1. What frameworks are in place for the commissioning of supported accommodation for young people aged 16-18 years old? Additionally, could you provide a list of all the providers currently on the framework? 
  2. Are the frameworks for the commissioning of supported accommodation for young people aged 16-18 open for new providers to join? If not, could you kindly provide information on when the next tender date is scheduled? 
  3. Does the council engage in spot purchasing outside of the established frameworks for supported accommodation for young people aged 16-18? If so, could you please provide the number of spot placements made within the last year? 
  4. Which individual or team within the council should be approached to discuss spot purchasing for Supported Living? 
  5. Can you provide the total number of children in care that you currently have placed in regulated semi-independent living accommodation, including both local authority-owned and independently-owned facilities, within the last 12 months? 
  6. Can you provide the average weekly placement cost for children aged 16-18 in independent regulated supported accommodation for the financial year 2022/23? 
  7. Can you provide the current number of children aged 16-18 years old living in a regulated supported living setting within the local authority? Additionally, please provide the numbers of children in this age group who have been placed outside of the local authority. 
  8. Is there a projected need for more regulated supported accommodation providers for young people in Dartford over the coming year? If so, do you have any forecasts or figures available? 
  9. How many young individuals aged 16-18 are awaiting placement in Supported Accommodation? Specifically, I would like to know the number of individuals on the waiting list as of April 2024.
