Response

  1. You made a request for the same information for the period from January 2023 to the date of your request in August 2023 and the Council provided this information to you. As you are already in possession of the communications from 1 June 2023 to 4 August 2023, this has not been provided again. The information from 5 August 2023 to the date of this current request is enclosed.  All personal data has been redacted from these documents as it is exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act. Other information held by the Council is exempt from disclosure under Section 42(1) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) on the grounds of legal professional privilege.
  2. You have been provided with the only report that the Council has commissioned in respect of the Roman Painted House and that was in respect of the bridge. You were provided with this information on 4 July 2023.  There has been no other report arranged.
  3. The cost of the structural report and survey in respect of the bridge was £3,555.00 and for construction £17, 539.48 both inclusive of VAT.
  4. They have been boxed up and placed in storage in readiness for KARU collecting them.
