Please will you email me a copy of the officer's report which recommended approval for this planning application. It is not on the Planning Portal.  Furthermore, it is not on any of the Dover Planning Committee's agendas.

I have to advise that the Council does not hold the informationn you have requested.  The officer who dealt with the application no longer works for the Council and their records are no longer held.
