I refer to the planning hearings for Betteshanger Country Park on the 7th March 2024. Can you please provide me with information on the following : I would like copies of all messages sent on officially provided mobile devices from official addresses (gov.uk) in whatever format sent between elected officials , unelected officials and anyone else, one hour prior to the planning hearings , during the planning hearings, and one hour directly after the hearings had finished.
