A copy of the proforma which may be used to develop or identify councillors’ own development needs i.e. by completing a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) or undertaking a Personal Development Review (PDR) or Personal Training Programme ( PTP ) Or Similarly named document used to identify individual training needs.

The most recent quality assurance or feedback report of the quality of the programmes being develop or delivered i.e. what do councillors think of the quality and relevance of the training provided.   2. The Constitution sets out the training requirements in Article 13 in the appendices. This is available on our website. Our training plan is based around the requirements for Members serving on committees: https://www.dover.gov.uk/Corporate-Information/Constitution.aspx.

An email was sent to you on 17 April 2024 seeking clarification on this point, as follows: Bearing in mind all your other questions are in respect of Councillors, can you confirm that the job description you are seeking is for the development or training for the Council as a whole or whether it should be specific for development or training for Councillors?  Once we receive this clarification a search will be undertaken for the relevant information.
