Have the council had a more recent valuation for the toilet block and waiting room for other change of use to dwellings please.  If so when and what was the valuation please.

I can confirm that the South Street Toilets were valued by the Council’s Principal Valuer as at 31 March 2024 at £94,650. This is an Asset Valuation only and not an open market valuation.  The waiting room has not been valued for asset purposes since 2012, as stated in our earlier response.
