Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to know how many PCN’s were issued to holders of blue badges, from 1 January 2024 to 31 March, and how many have been cancelled or appealed, and how many have been paid.
Response
The Council’s software system does not allow us to identify how many PCNs were issued to holders of blue badges. We can only report on how many PCNs have been cancelled with the reason being “cancelled - blue badge holder” and that is 25 PCNs for the period you have requested.
