Prior to the hearing for Betteshanger Country Park on 7th March 2024 , please can you tell me the following : Details of any briefing meetings held between the chair of the planning committee and officers before the planning committee meetings. Please can you supply copies of any briefings and notes provided at these meetings.

The Chairman’s official briefing for the Planning Committee meeting to be held on 7 March 2024 meeting was held on 4 March 2024 when Planning Officers ran through the presentation to be given at the committee meeting and answered questions from the Chairman and the opposition group spokesman (Councillor Back) who was also present. No notes were given to the Chairman for this briefing nor are any taken. There were no other briefings between the Chairman and Officers ahead of the meeting.
