- I would like to have the times and dates of any meetings, whether face to face or electronic between any representatives or agents of Dover District Council and employees or others from Quinn Estates, Betteshanger Country Park or their agents concerning the planning applications 23/01095 and 22/01158 between 25th July 2023 and 22nd March 2024. I would like all copies of minutes or notes taken of any of these meetings specified above.
- I would also like copies of all emails or records of any telephone communications or texts which were sent or received between 25th July 2023 and 22nd March 2024 between representatives or agents of Dover District Council, and employees or others from Quinn Estates, Betteshanger Country Park or their agents concerning the planning applications 23/01095 and 22/01158.

- 12 September 2023 at 1.00 pm

- 12 October 2023 at 10.30 am
- 13 October 2023 at 11.00 am
- 1 November 2023 at 3.00 pm
- 3 November 2023 at 10.00 am
- 23 November 2023 at 2.30 pm

The only notes taken were at the meeting on 12 January 2024 and these are provided (taken by two separate officers). All personal data has been redacted from these documents as this information is exempt from disclosure under Regulation 13(1) of the EIRs. In addition, one set of notes contains information which is exempt from disclosure under Regulation 12(5)(d) of the EIRs as the data covers information held where confidentiality is provided by law and is subject to legal professional privilege.
2 The Council holds no telephone communications of texts outlined in your request. The emails held by the Council are provided. All personal data has been redacted from these documents as this information is exempt from disclosure under Regulation 13(1) of the EIRs. The Council holds one further email that meets the criteria of your request. This email and its attachments contain unfinished documents namely early drafts of the Section 106 Agreements. The Council considers this information exempt from disclosure. As this email and its attachments are about an unfinished document, it is being withheld from our response in accordance with Regulation 12(4)(d) of the EIRs.
