- Total number of staff hired with responsibility for freedom of information requests, (full time equivalent) .
- Total salary costs for staff with responsibility for freedom of information requests.
- Total for all other costs associated with handling freedom of information requests.
- Total number of freedom of information requests received, and total number responded with the requested information.

- One FTE for all years.
- As we only have one member of staff dealing with freedom of information requests, the Council considers that providing this information would involve the disclosure of personal information as it would identify the salary of an individual member of staff. Personal information is exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act as the Council considers this type of information to be personal data. Personal data is defined by Article 4(1) of GDPR and also Section 3 of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the release of this data would contravene the data protection principles.
- The Council holds no recorded or documented information about any other costs.
