I was just wondering if you had any maps for the below compulsory purchase orders.
- National Grid (Richborough Connection Project) Development
- The National Grid Nemo Link (Pegwell Bay)
- St James Retail Park (General Vesting Declaration)

With regard to National Grid (Richborough Connection Project) and the National Grid Nemo Link (Pegwell Bay) – whilst we were provided with plans to register these charges, those plans are ‘subject to copyright and not to be reproduced without the written permission of the National Grid Electricity Transmission PLC’. If copies are required you would need to contact the land agent for National Grid Electricity Transmission and UK Power Networks which is: Fisher German LLP, Court Lodge Farm Offices, Godmersham Park, Godmersham, Canterbury CT4 7DT.
The plan for St James Retail Park is attached. Again, this is protected by copyright and should therefore not be reproduced without the Council’s written permission. [For this reason, the plan has not been included in the published response to this request.]
