I would like to know where is the new brownie Hut in Whitfield going to be as I believe the old one is going to be pulled down to make way for the care home.
Response
The Council understands that the Nursing Home want to buy the whole site that the Guides/Brownies hut presently occupies. They want to build the new hut at the Sandwich Road end of the present site in a position to be agreed with the Guides/Brownies. The proposal to sell the site was agreed to by Cabinet on 15 January 2024.
