1. How many hours do Mr Aziz & Mr Davis work now and when did they reduce their hours?
2. Please can we see a copy of the accounts for senior officers?
3. Were the two salaries reduced pro rata?

1 The information you are seeking regarding the hours worked by Council Officers is considered personal data, however, both officers have been consulted and have agreed that they are prepared for their personal data to be released on this occasion.  Mr Aziz – Is contracted to work a minimum of 30 hours per week from 1 April 2019.  This was approved at a meeting of Full Council on 30 January 2019: https://moderngov.dover.gov.uk/documents/s29748/324629%20-%20Flexible%20Retirement%20Request%20of%20a%20Chief%20Officer%20FINAL.pdf.  Mr Davis – Is contracted to work a minimum of 29.60 hours per week from 24 October 2022.  This was approved at a meeting of Full Council on 9 May 2021: https://moderngov.dover.gov.uk/documents/s41086/487243%20-%20New%20Director%20Post%20March%202021%20003.pdf

2 You clarified in an email dated 16 February 2024 you would like salaries for the management team for the last four years. The salary information is online for 2022/23 at https://www.dover.gov.uk/Corporate-Information/PDF/Corporate-Information/22-23-Senior-Officers-Emoluments-and-banding-stats.pdf . The grade ranges for management team posts for the last four years are as follows:
