Communications companies have to advise the Council of any proposed developments as they can carry out these works under their permitted development rights. We log these notifications on the planning portal at https://publicaccess.dover.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do?action=advanced. In the ‘application type’ field, you need to ensure that ‘Circ 34/76 O/Head Lines/28 Day Notificat’ is selected. You will then need to check each notification to see whether it is for the installation of 5G.
