Under prior notification planning application DOV/23/01430, I require ALL correspondence between ALL people involved in the application decision. All notes from the councils system, copies of any internal emails between council officers, copies of external emails from any outside consultants, Any other messages in whichever context they had been relayed, copies of any checks and considerations that were made towards the agricultural assessment and decision and any notes or documentation that were produced throughout the planning application. Any documentation with cross reference to planning application 23/01113. Any documentation or assessments that relate to the need for a site visit

Some of the information you have requested is able to be released and this is attached. Please note that some information on the attached documents has been redacted as it is considered personal data. Personal data is exempt from disclosure under Regulations 5(3) and 13 of the EIR as the Council considers the names and contact details of yourself and individual members of staff to be personal data. The names of staff working in public authorities and that of third parties, including yourself, are personal data as defined by Article 4(1) of GDPR and also Section 3 of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the release of this data would contravene the data protection principles.
I am aware that some of the personal data that has been redacted from the attached documents is data about yourself but requests under the EIR, like those under the Freedom of Information Act, mean that the Council has to treat any information we release under the Regulations as if it were being released to the world at large.
The rest of the information held by the Council is exempt from disclosure under Regulations 12(4)(d) and 12(4)(e) of the Environmental Information Regulations.
Except for the information attached to this email and that being withheld for the reasons stated above, all other information held by the Council is on the Council's website as part of the planning application.
